Salmon with lemon, capers and rosemary

Benefits of eating fatty fish among and salmon which are numerous and documented scientifically.Among them we can mention: reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, myocardial, Alzheimer and prevents macular degeneration, the leading cause of blindness in people over the age of 50 years.But a study published recently in the Science set on fire the academic world and the public and states that most varieties of salmon wich are commercially available crop species that contain many chemicals.

No need to panic yet because authorities are taking steps and even if the salmon is not caught directly from frozen waters of the ocean, and are directly from the “pool home-made” of salmon breeder , this assortment of fish is much safer than any other meat,  whether we talk about chicken, pig, lamb or beef.




* 4 fillets of salmon;

* 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil;

* 1/2 teaspoon of salt;

* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper;

* 1 teaspoon of rosemary;

* 2 lemons sliced;

* juice of one lemon;

* white wine;

* 4 teaspoon of capers;

* 4 pieces of aluminum foil;


Method of preparation:


1 Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil, then sits on one piece of aluminum foil large enough that it can be packaged.

2 Over each piece of salmon Place 2 slices of lemon, a tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of wine and a teaspoon of capers, then packs.

3 Packets are placed in a hot grill pan and cook for 10 minutes.
