Pancakes with bananas flavor and vanilla

A simple dessert without sugar and low in fat, these pancakes are everything you could want, fluffy, healthy and tasty. The cooking time is only 5 minutes, and the result is delicious.

Ingredients: * 45 g of oatmeal

* 1/2 sachet baking powder

* 25 g of coconut flour

* 1/6 teaspoon salt

* 30 g of erythritol with stevia

* 120 g low fat cottage cheese

* 4 egg whites

* 1 teaspoon of banana flavor

* 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder

* 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup without calories

 

Method of preparation:

 

1 Mix the flour, coconut, oatmeal, erythritol with stevia, baking powder and salt.

2 Add the egg, banana flavor, vanilla powder, low fat cottage cheese and mixing for 2-3 minutes.

3 Fry each pancake for 1-2 minutes on each side. Cooking process must be with carefully watched because they tend to burn very quickly. To make the return easier, you can add and a little coconut oil in pan.

4 Pour the caramel syrup and add a few slices of banana.
